Congrats to Debbie Donovan, who took 2nd Place and won a Dime Bag with the following:

1. The songs are so hooky that they get stuck in my head and I just starting humming skullcranes tunes at random times. It’s just not appropriate for a woman my age to be singing about loving Asian whores or somebody help my find my pants. It’s just not right. Sometimes I have to go on a skullcranes fast just to cleanse my musical palette…clear my memory so other stuff can get stuck in there (much more difficult to sing along to tonnage tunes, it’s true)

2. Every song is like 30 seconds long. Which is great for those of use with attention def…wait…did you just see that…gotta go!

3. ummm…well there was that time I was at a show at the Uptown bar and asked the mustache (who at the time was “sideburns guy”) for one of the new cds. He said he’d have to get it out of his car and he never came back. So I bought an old used one at cheapos. I hope that teaches you!

4. I think a picture of my brother is in your love song video.

5. I bought a couple cds at the Hex, then like two weeks later I get the big news that I coulda had a gallon ziplock. Dude, I want my ziplock! And a cd that works.

6.**Bonus**Many of your songs seem to be poking fun at all the men I’ve loved before…I mean guys in muscle tees and zuba’s are hot in a yee-haw, mullet sportin’ way, you know. You just can’t play it safe all the time. Take it easy on the good ol’ boys why don’tcha.

Seriously I love your band – absolutely one of my favorites. Which isn’t good for you, because well, I’m not quite leading the masses into Skullcrane love but I’m doing what I can. You make me laugh and your music is great for roadtrippin!
