Hailing from the frozen tundra of Minnesota, The Skullcranes have blazed a path of destruction and empty beer cans since forming in 2000. The band released their debut CD jskullcrane in 2003 and began preaching their bullshit gospel of scene angst and trailer park ethics across the Midwest to any poor bastard willing to listen. The Skullcranes joined Round 13 Records in 2006 and released their magnum opus Wt. Trashmore - an homage to the slums of Anoka County where the band calls home. Clocking in at just over 21 minutes, Wt. Trashmore packs enough punch and tongue-in-cheek humor in its 11 blistering punk rock anthems to make even The Tourettes Guy blush. Now The Skullcranes invite us to strap on helmets and get on board with their latest release Cum on Feel the Shortbus. Recorded by wunderkind engineer Adam Tucker in summer 2007, Shortbus promises to be The Skullcranes’ most experimental album to date. Don’t believe us? Give it a spin and judge for yourself. Just remember…this stubby yellow fucker stops at ALL the tracks…
